The Agri-Plex and Annex Facility

The Largest Showplace and Display Area
in Okanogan County.

The Agri-Plex features a 24,000 sq foot display area with 24ft clear span ceiling, and cement floor with radiant heat. This Building is equipped with several roll-up doors, and is large enough to drive a semi-truck through, and turn around with out putting it in reverse, then drive out again -- making set-up a breeze.

This is a perfect place for Large Trade Shows and Conventions, where there is a need to display large machinery and exhibits and/or a need to accommodate a large number of people. The Agri-Plex building has an Occupancy rating of 5000.

There are acres of parking with a paved parking area for handicap access.

The Annex which is attached to the Agri-Plex, has 3,338 sq ft of carpeted meeting area, restroom facilities, and features a USDA Certified Kitchen. There are tables and chairs to accommodate 300 people at a sit down meal or seminar.
The USDA Certified Kitchen can be used to process your foods for resale.

What ever the event we have what it needs; from seminars, conventions, trade shows, meetings, weddings, receptions, swaps, tool sales, auctions, car shows and live stock exhibitions and sales.
